Commonly it occurs in left ventricle and may cause outflow obstruction. The coincidence of pregnancy and a primary cardiac tumour is extremely rare. Pregnancy is a condition in which blood volume is increased and it may lead to congestive cardiac failure (LVF/ RVF). Case Report Here we present a rare case of adult cardiac rhabdomyoma of the right ventricle with RBBB coming for elective caesarean section. Patient was on therapy for congestive heart failure and was having anaemia. The case was managed with epidural anaesthesia with a successful outcome.
