Anaesthetic management of a patient with aortic root aneurysm and aortic regurgitation

ABSTRACT :
Treatment of complex thoracic aortic aneurysms is a challenging problem, because the aneurysms involve several parts of the thoracic aorta. Bleeding is an important predictor of morbidity and mortality rates after the Bentall operation.
METHODS :Symptomatic ascending aortic aneurysms require urgent operative intervention,which was managed under general anaesthesia
RESULTS :perioperative period was uneventful and the procedure was done successfully
CONCLUSIONS :Patient was managed successfully without any complications.
