ABSTRACT : To present a case of simple mastectomy for Paget\'s disease in a patient with Motor neuron disease

METHODS : This case of a 62y/F old coming with complaints of non healing ulcer on Lt.breast was admitted in VMMC &H,Karaikal. She was found to have Paget\'s disease of the nipple,she was posted for simple mastectomy. In the preanestheticcheckup it was found that she had a motor neuron disease,kyphoscoliosis. A successful surgry was done under intravenous anesthesia with LMA

RESULTS : successful surgery was done under intravenous anesthesia with LMA.Post operative period is uneventful.

CONCLUSIONS : A 62y/f came for Paget\'s disease of nipple with MND was successfully simple mastectomy was done under intravenous anesthesia with LMA
