ETHER DAY CELEBRATION 2014
The World Anaesthesia Day (WAD) was celebrated in our ISA Branch on 18.10.2014. The meeting was attended by 58 ISA members and 15 surgical colleagues. The WAD cake was cut by our branch President Dr.Anandakrishnan.
LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD WAS GIVEN TO
Dr.A.Vasukinathan, HOD, Dept of Anaesthesiology, KGMCH., Dr. Anandakumar. Past State President of Tamilnadu ISA. Dr. A.Selvakumar Kinglin, Associate Prof., Dept of Anaesthesiology, Thoothukudi MCH.
Topic:*Dexmedetomidine in Anaesthesia Practice*.
Speaker: Dr.M.Kannan. GC member of National ISA.

May 2013
Fourth scientific meeting was held on 25th May at IMA Mathias Hall at 8.30pm.
Topic:*Peripheral Nerve Block in current clinical Practice"*.
Speaker: Dr.T.Sivashanmugam.M.D., DNB.,PDCC.,FRCP.
The meeting was attended by 56 members.

June 2013
Fifth scientific meeting was on 22nd June at IMA Mathias Hall at 8.30pm.
Topic:*: 1st – Hands on training on "Percutaneous Tracheostomy"* .
*2nd – "Pain Mechanism and Management" by DR.RAVICHANDAR. Consultant Psychiatrist.* .
The meeting was attended by 52 members.
